Coach Bob brings more than 15 years of coaching experience rooted in gymnastics-based movement, aerial awareness, coordination, body control, and sport-specific performance development.

His training has supported athletes across surfing, skateboarding, hockey, baseball, figure skating, dance, cheer, gymnastics, and action sports - including athletes connected to the WSL, QS surfing circuit, NHL, MLB, X Games, and other high-performance environments.

What makes his approach different is the way he teaches athletes to understand their bodies in motion: how to rotate, land, react, balance, recover, and move with confidence under pressure.
